National White Water Centre (NWWC) Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions of Service

Gift Vouchers will be sent out electronically as an e-voucher to the email address you specify at the time of ordering. If you would like the Gift Voucher to be posted, you must select the ‘Gift Voucher Pack’ option at the time of ordering for an additional fee and provide a valid UK postal address for delivery.

Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Voucher.

 Gift Vouchers may be used as part payment towards a more expensive activity with the NWWC, however if the activity is of a lesser value than the Gift Voucher, no change can be given.

Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Any promotions do not apply when purchasing or redeeming Gift Vouchers.

 All Gift Vouchers are dated and are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

 The NWWC cannot be held responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be given in these circumstances.

  All Gift Vouchers are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the NWWC activity they are redeemed against.

The NWWC reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions for NWWC Gift Vouchers at any time.
