Our team is passionate about paddlesports and we believe in making them accessible for all, from novice white water rafter to expert kayaker. We have an eclectic mix of people who work at the National White Water Centre; we are from all over the world and from all walks of life.
Our professional raft guides have met the British Canoe Union’s exacting standards and have a passion for the outdoors necessary to deliver an exhilarating rafting session. We believe in the continuous development of staff, so our team ranges from newer guides who have completed rigorous training in order to run commercial sessions at our centre, to those qualified to guide internationally and assess others.
Our friendly office and reception staff ensure the smooth day to day running of the centre and will be your first point of contact at the National White Water Centre. We have some wonderful drivers who shuttle rafters up to the top of the river daily and a maintenance team who keep the centre looking ship shape all year round.
Whether paddler or rafter, you're sure to have been captured on camera by our professionsal photographer Gaele. Her website can be found here.
