Ever seen one of our raft guides floating with ease through the rapids and thought, “I could do that”? Well now’s your chance! Learn the skills of navigating our rapids in your own two-person Orca from the experts themselves!
Orcas provide the ultimate thrill for people who are looking for a cross between white water rafting and canoeing. Your experienced guide will teach you all the tricks of the trade necessary to tackle the rapids for yourselves in a full or half day session
Orca adventures are individually tailored to suit your skills– no previous experience required, just a sense of adventure.Orca sessions can be combined with rafting for an action packed day.
What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring a swimsuit, shorts or something to wear underneath the wetsuit which you don’t mind getting wet and a towel for the showers. Everything else you’ll need will be provided or available to hire at the centre. Wetsuits are compulsory for rafting at the centre and can either be hired from reception on the day or when you book; if you have your own bring it along, you are welcome to use it as long as it is long legged and suitable for the activity.
Short Day Orca
Price: £82 per person
Time of Session: Approximately 4 hours duration
Wetsuit and Boot Hire: £5 per person
Minimum Age: 14 years
Full Day Orca
An orca adventure with a full rafting session for a day on the rapids
Price: £108 per person
Time of Session: Approximately 6 hours duration
Wetsuit and Boot Hire: £5 per person
Minimum Age: 14 years
