Your safety is of paramount importance to us. All of our raft guides hold the national raft guide qualification from the BCU (British Canoe Union). The centre supports the continuous development of its guides and is the longest established raft guide training centre in the UK.

We are licensed by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA) who regularly inspect the centre and are satisfied that the National White Water Centre complies with nationally accepted standards of safety and good practice.

The National White Water Centre is a BCU approved centre our centre approval number is GAC91.
