How to Book Your Whitewater Rafting Adventure

Secure Online BookingYou can now book a Rafting adventure safely and securely with our new online booking service.  Alternatively see below to download and fill in a booking form and return it to us for processing.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT A BOOKING WITHOUT A SIGNED BOOKING FORM AND A DEPOSIT/FULL PAYMENT.

Please follow these easy steps to make a raft or orca booking at Canolfan Tryweryn:

  1. Ring the Centre on 01678 521 083 (option 3) to check whether your session time and date is free.
  2. To secure your booking, fill in and post or fax a signed and completed booking form, along with a cheque or card details for £50 deposit per raft extravaganza; or £25 deposit per person for orca’s; or £25 per person as full payment for experience sessions.
  3. We will then send you a receipt and confirmation of your booking.
    The full amount is due 30 days before your extravaganza or orca date.
    Ring the water info line a few days before you are due to travel to confirm there is water on your requested day.

If you have any problems downloading or printing any of these forms, please just call us at the Centre and we will send copies to you via post, fax or e-mail.

We cannot reserve your time slot without a signed booking form and receipt of a deposit or full payment. Our bookings system works on a first come first served basis.

Raft/Orca sessions may be subject to cancellation at short notice if there is no release from Llyn Celyn dam. Please ring the water info line (01678 520 826) before travelling.
