The National White Water Centre is a centre of excellence for paddlesport which makes it the perfect place for you to brush up on your existing skills or to start from scratch if you are new to this watery world. Take a look at the grey menu to the left of the page to explore the many options available to help you make the most of the fantastic facillities at the centre.

Are you an aspiring white water kayaker but don't feel up to taking on the Upper Tryweryn on your own? Our tandem kayaking session might be just the thing for you. You can take on the rapids from the front seat of one of our tandem kayaks and be safe in the knowledge that our highly trained guide is in control behind you.

Montgomery canal experiences

If you fancied a more relaxed water experience you can visit our sister centre in Burgedin, Powys where you can have a paddle in canoes or kayaks on the tranquil Montgomery Canal. You can hire all of the equipment and then either explore the canal or you can simply have a splash around the locks.
